Returns
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
- To start a return, contact refunds@houseoftanera.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or color (subject to availability).
- If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
- Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once we receive your returned item.
- You’ll be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Sale Items
- Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged for store credit unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact support@houseoftanera.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.
